At GuideNest, we sell digital products in the form of downloadable PDF guides. Due to the nature of these instant-access products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

1. No Refunds on Digital Products Once a purchase is made and the digital file is delivered or accessed, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This policy applies to all guides, prompt packs, templates, toolkits, and downloadable materials sold through GuideNest.

Why? Digital products are instantly delivered and cannot be returned like physical goods. Granting refunds would mean customers could retain the product without payment, which compromises the integrity of our business.

2. Exceptions (Very Limited) In rare cases, we may consider a refund only if:

  • You purchased the same product twice by mistake

  • You were charged in error (e.g., billing glitch or duplicate transaction)
